This humble blogger has been disenfranchised since Monday when the storm took away the electrical power, the internet cable, television and all connection to the outside world. At least the basement didn’t flood; I thank Obama for that. But we still have no power. This humble blogger demands the government do something about it. Even though I am not in the 47 percent that pay no taxes, I still have my rights!!
We need a new President, not one who promises to lower the oceans and then raises them an additional 12 feet and blows the water onto the streets. If Obama wants us to drive electric cars, then he should protect us from the loss of electricity. Of course If he had any sense he would order General Motors to make coal fired cars. Coal is cheap and doesn’t explode when there is an accident.

Horrendous damage was done in my area from fallen trees. According to MSNBC that would never have happened if Republicans had not blocked legislation to regulate a minimum strength allowed for live trees growing on private property. We need a president who knows how to bypass Congress and manipulate the rules in order to get things done. I think things would be very different if Biden were President and Barack was the Veep.
